Our story begins with Mr. Eric Maire, a truffle broker with over 25 years of experience, who passed on his deep expertise and unwavering passion for the product. His philosophy was simple yet rigorous: selecting the perfect truffle at the perfect moment and preparing it with the utmost care. This approach continues to guide our work every day.
Very Nice Food Ltd., a Bulgarian company, was initially established to manage the commercial activities of Mr. Maire as a subcontractor. Over time, we gradually took over the operational and commercial activities, ensuring continuity and preserving the expertise built around the product.
We maintain a strong presence in France through our rigorous selection of truffles—primarily of French origin whenever the variety and season allow—and our dedicated shipping workshop, located in the heart of the Luberon, a prestigious French region in Provence renowned for its world-class truffles.

Although we are no longer officially linked to Mr. Maire, after eight years of close collaboration – including managing his commercial operations – we proudly consider ourselves his legitimate successors, walking in his footsteps.

As long as we can source the volumes we need in France, we do not purchase elsewhere. Our mission is simple: to continue the tradition and offer our clients the most beautiful and fragrant truffles of the season, at fair and competitive prices.
Rigorous selection: our strength lies first in the quality of acquisition, then in meticulous sorting and grading.
Controlled cold chain: from procurement to delivery, truffles are stored between 2 and 7 °C and transported exclusively in refrigerated vehicles — never in car trunks.
Fast delivery: once the order is confirmed, we organize shipment within 24 to 48 hours to preserve the product’s freshness.
Careful preparation: washing, brushing, drying, and double selection in our specialized workshop to keep only the finest pieces.
Quality above all: maturity, appearance, size, shape, and aroma are checked before each shipment.
Attentive service: our team is available to answer your questions and can also suggest other truffle varieties or products according to your needs.
