We are delighted to welcome you to the gourmet world of truffles.

Truffexquise by Very Nice Food is a small, independently run company that, for over nine years, has specialized in selecting and supplying fresh truffles to gastronomy professionals.

Our company serves an exclusively B2B clientele in France and internationally, including restaurants — some of which are Michelin-starred establishments that place their trust in us —, cheese shops, caterers, delicatessens, and resellers. 

Depending on the season, we offer different species of fresh truffles, notably Tuber melanosporum, Tuber aestivum, and Tuber uncinatum, as well as other varieties upon request.

We pay particular attention to quality and carefully select our products, which we sell with complete transparency: their provenance is always clearly indicated, with no blending of origins or varieties.

Our truffles are prepared and dispatched from our workshop in Provence, southern France, close to the truffle-producing areas. To best preserve their taste and aromatic qualities, deliveries are handled by Geodis in France and DHL Express internationally, generally within 24 to 48 hours.
